• Simple acute illnesses: UTI, cold symptoms, ear infection, acute cough, etc.

$250 for Initial gender affirming hormone replacement therapy

• Cost does not include the associating lab tests needed before starting hormone therapy.

$125 for follow up gender affirming hormone replacement therapy

$250 for Initial psychiatric evaluation 

•  An initial assessment to diagnose any emotional, behavioral, mental health disorders you may have. Medication treatment may then be indicated, depending on your unique situation. 

$125 for follow up psychiatric medication management.

•  Ongoing oversight of any medications prescribed to you to ensure they are taken properly and achieving their planned, therapeutic outcome, without adverse reactions.
