2. Schedule Your Video Call Appointment
   Once we receive your intake form, we'll promptly send you a link for a video call via email or text message. This will allow you to connect with our clinician at the scheduled time.
3. Your Video Consultation
   At the designated time, our clinician will video chat with you, providing the care and support you need.
4. Prescriptions, If Needed
   Following your video visit, if necessary, your prescription will be sent to your preferred pharmacy.

• $125: Simple Acute Illnesses: This includes common issues like UTI, cold symptoms, ear infection, acute cough, and more.

• $125: Weight Management Consult & Chronic Medical Condition Medication Management/Refills: Comprehensive support for managing chronic conditions and weight concerns.

• $250: Initial Psychiatric & Substance Use Disorder, Gender Affirming HRT Evaluation: An in-depth assessment to diagnose emotional, behavioral, or developmental conditions. Medication treatment may follow based on your unique needs.

• $125: Medication Management Follow-up for  Psychiatric, Substance Use Disorder, & Gender Affirming HRT: Continual oversight to ensure proper medication use and effective outcomes, without adverse reactions.
