Services for Idaho are currently self-pay (Private Pay); however, your pharmacy may bill your insurance for your medications if they are covered by your plan.

- Psychiatric Evaluation: $250 (initial), $125 (follow up)
- Letter Writing/paperwork: $125.
- Labs: We can order labs through your insurance or provide low-cost cash-pay options through Quest/LabCorp.
